The rubber diamond wire saw is a useful diamond rope for granite quarry mining. There are mainly two connection ways for diamond beads. One is hot pressing or called hot pressing a layer of diamond-bearing cutter head on the surface of bead matrix. The bead head needs to be cut first and then used for cutting. The second is electroplating or called brazing diamond on bead matrix. The bead matrix is perforated along its axis. The outer surface of the bead matrix has an outer circumferential surface and a groove wall. The axis line of the outer circumferential surface coincides with the axis line of the bead matrix, and the groove wall is perpendicular to the axis line of the bead matrix. The diamond brazing is carried out on the outer circumferential surface and the groove wall. When cutting and grinding, the outer diamond begins to work first. With the wear of diamond, other diamonds join in the work, which makes multi-layer diamond to participate in cutting, and the initial contact area of diamond on the groove wall is small, which can reduce the cutting resistance. Rubber diamond wire saw brings many conveniences for the further processing of block. Diamond rope saw can finish dressing block material, cutting the surface of waste material, and cutting large plates with multiple rope saw operations. At present, more and more factories use rope saw to cut large block materials. Compare with large circular diamond saw blade,Its advantages are: (1) higher cutting height than large saw blade. (2) The sawing seam is smaller, the sawing is more accurate (3) The sawing is reliable. Different cutting techniques can be adopted according to different kinds of stones (4) The noise of wire saw is lower than that of saw blade.
