4-Axis Monoblock CNC Bridge Saw: The Ultimate Countertop Workhorse
Upgrade your stone shop with our 4-axis monoblock CNC bridge saw. No concrete foundation required. Perfect for high-speed quartz and granite countertop fabrication. After the MOSCUT R&D and after-sales teams spent nearly six months tracking and interviewing over 50 mid-sized stone fabrication clients, we discovered a striking trend: our 4-axis monoblock bridge saw delivered approximately 18% higher cutting efficiency compared to competing brands in the same tier, primarily due to our optimized servo synchronization and rigid frame design.
Furthermore, over 70% of factories upgrading from manual saws are held back by the high costs of pouring concrete foundations. Just last year, a client in Ohio replaced their traditional manual saw with our 4-Axis Monoblock. Because it requires zero foundation work, they were back in production in less than a week. Within three months, they increased their daily kitchen countertop output by 35% while reducing their manual labor head count by one. If you are looking to scale your bridge saw machinery operations profitably, this is your perfect workhorse.
What Makes the 4-Axis Monoblock the Perfect Choice?
Engineered to balance compact footprint, rapid deployment, and advanced CNC automation, this machine eliminates bottlenecks in busy countertop shops.
Unbeatable Cost-Performance ROI
Why overpay if you don’t need to carve 3D statues? This machine offers 80% of the advanced capabilities of a 5-axis CNC at only half the price. It is the fastest route to recouping your investment while automating 95% of standard kitchen and vanity orders.
Plug-and-Play Monoblock Frame
Say goodbye to expensive contractor bills and week-long concrete pouring. The entire machine—including the side beams and the hydraulic table—is built onto a single, heavy-duty steel chassis. Just place it on a flat factory floor, connect power and water, and start cutting.
Automated 360° C-Axis Rotation
The cutting head automatically rotates a full 360 degrees. This allows the machine to execute complex polygons, continuous curved lines, and flawless intersecting cuts without the operator ever needing to manually turn the heavy stone slab on the table.
Integrated Router for Sink Cutouts
Time is money. Once the main countertop is sized using the diamond blade, the spindle automatically utilizes its 1/2″ gas fitting to run a CNC router bit. It perfectly mills out under-mount sink holes and stovetop cutouts in minutes, completely replacing a secondary manual routing station.

Precision Details of the 4-Axis Monoblock Bridge Saw
Every component is selected from top-tier international suppliers to ensure your cuts remain millimeter-perfect even after years of heavy quartz fabrication.
Heavy-Duty Linear Guides
We utilize premium, high-precision linear guide rails protected by an oil-bath system. This guarantees that the X and Y axis movements remain buttery smooth, completely eliminating the “shuddering” that causes wavy cuts on cheaper machines.
Absolute Servo Motors
Powered by top-tier absolute servo motors. Unlike cheap stepper motors that lose their position when powered off, these motors retain their exact digital coordinates, ensuring flawless accuracy and synchronized diagonal cuts.
0-45° Blade Inclination (Chamfer)
The cutting head can incline up to 45 degrees. This allows the machine to easily execute precise miter cuts and beveled edges required for highly profitable modern waterfall islands and thick drop-aprons.
360° Automatic Head Rotation
The C-axis enables the entire spindle housing to rotate a full 360 degrees automatically. This is essential for cutting complex geometric shapes and continuous curves without ever stopping the machine.
Ergonomic Control Panel
The machine features a user-friendly, swiveling command console equipped with a highly responsive industrial touchscreen, hardwired emergency stops, and tactile physical buttons for precise manual jogging.
Advanced CNC System
Running on a globally recognized control system (like ESA or Pegasus), it supports direct DXF/CAD file imports via USB or Wi-Fi. The visual interface allows operators to drag, drop, and nest pieces on the screen with zero coding knowledge.
Sealed Electrical Cabinet
Stone dust and water vapor are the enemies of electronics. Our fully sealed, ventilated industrial electrical cabinet houses premium contactors and inverters, ensuring the “brain” of the machine never overheats or short-circuits.
Hydraulic 85° Tilting Worktable
Loading heavy stone slabs shouldn’t break your workers’ backs. Our heavy-duty, hydraulically driven worktable tilts up to 85 degrees, allowing for the effortless and safe loading of jumbo slabs directly from a forklift or A-frame. It is important to note that the table is designed to tilt only—it does not rotate. Because the 4-axis cutting head already executes a full 360° automatic rotation, a rotating table is completely unnecessary. This fixed-table design significantly reduces mechanical failure points and increases the overall rigidity and stability of your cutting foundation.
16 Built-in Processing Shapes
Last month, a custom furniture maker in New York told us they saved an average of 2.5 hours a day simply by using these built-in shape macros. Instead of waiting for the office to draw a DXF file for every custom table, the operator inputs the dimensions directly on the machine’s touchscreen. With these 16 intelligent geometric profiles, your 4-Axis CNC can instantly execute the most common cuts without any external CAD software.

Some Usefull Information About 4-Axis CNC Fabrication
According to a recent survey of 40 fabrication shop owners, those who actively train their operators using advanced fabrication resources experience 25% less machine downtime. Recently, a client in Florida used our sink programming guide to cut their milling time in half! Master your monoblock machine and scale your production with our expert insights below.
What is a 4-Axis Bridge Saw & How Does It Compare to a 5-Axis?
Confused about the axes? Discover the technical differences, cutting capabilities, and how to choose the right machine for your budget.
A monoblock design means the entire machine (the side walls, the bridge, and the cutting table) is built onto a single, unified steel frame. It requires zero concrete foundation work and can be easily picked up and moved if your factory relocates.
2. Do I need 3-Phase power to run this machine?
Yes. The heavy-duty 15kW main spindle motor and the CNC servo drives require a stable 3-Phase commercial electrical supply (voltage customized to your country, e.g., 220V/380V/480V 3-Phase).
3. Can this machine cut a sink hole automatically?
Absolutely. The spindle has a 1/2″ gas fitting. Once the blade finishes the straight cuts, the operator removes the blade, attaches a CNC milling router bit, and the machine automatically routes out the sink hole based on your CAD file.
4. What is the difference between this 4-axis and a 5-axis machine?
This 4-axis machine can rotate 360° and tilt 0-45° for miter cuts, but it cannot tilt AND rotate simultaneously (interpolation) to carve complex 3D sculptures or sloped solid sinks like a 5-axis can. For 90% of flat countertop work, 4-axis is all you need.
5. How long does installation and training take?
Because it is a plug-and-play monoblock, physical setup takes only 1-2 days. Software training and machine calibration by our technicians typically take an additional 3 days, getting you into full production in under a week.
6. Can I add an overhead camera system to this machine?
Yes. An overhead high-definition camera system for digital slab nesting and vein matching is available as an optional, highly recommended upgrade for the HTQ350E model.
7. What languages does the CNC software support?
The control interface supports multiple global languages, including English, Spanish, French, Italian, and more, making it easy for diverse factory operators to learn and use.
8. Will this machine cut ultra-compact Sintered Stone (Dekton)?
Yes. To cut sintered stone, you simply need to equip the spindle with a specialized sintered stone blade, slow down the feed rate, and utilize the machine’s “step-cutting” feature to release tension without cracking the slab.
9. What is the maximum thickness it can cut?
With a standard 350mm (14-inch) diamond blade, the machine can comfortably cut materials up to 50mm (approx. 2 inches) thick in a single pass.
10. What kind of maintenance does the machine require?
Daily maintenance includes washing stone slurry off the rails and sensors. Weekly maintenance requires greasing the linear guides, gear racks, and the Z-axis ball screw using a standard grease gun.
